Library cards are free for all Jones Township, Elk County, PA residents, businesses, and property owners.

If you are 13 or older and live, own a business, or pay property tax in Jones Township, you may apply for a library card using our application form through our online catalog - then visit the library to validate your information and receive your physical card.

What you need:

Jones Township residence
13+ years old or parent/guardian available
Email address

What you get:

Limited Access to eLibrary
Access to library account
Create lists within your library account

Note:

All eCards must be transitioned to a verified card to check out physical items, reserve physical items, and gain full access to eLibrary.
Please visit the library with your Acceptable Forms of Identificaton to transition your eCard to a verified card.

Come in and apply for your library card and gain access to our whole collection.

What you need:

ID and address verification (see Acceptable Forms of Identification)
Fill out a paper application and bring it into the library with your documents.
For Birth to 12 years old - parent/guardian must accompany you to the library to present your application with their documents to verify address.

Don't Live in Jones Township?

If you live outside the borders of Jones Township, Elk County, Pennsylvania you will need to visit us at the library to register for your library account (fees may apply, please see below).

Other Pennsylvania Residents - The Wilcox Public Library participates in the AccessPA Statewide Borrowing Program. Your PA home library AccessPA card gives you borrowing privileges at our library.

Non-Residents - Non-residents are defined as residents of another state or a PA resident from a town or city that does not have a “home” library with an AccessPA designation. Non-residents may pay a minimal fee for a WilPL card with full “in-house” patron privileges. There are two options:
- Summer Visitor Card: $15.00 for 3 months; $5.00 for an additional consecutive month.
- Non-Resident Annual Card: $50.00 for 12 months.

**All library cards must be renewed every three (3) years
